  • Usage information. Pages visited, links clicked, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Session cookies required for authentication and preferences. We do not sell your personal information.

  • To facilitate bookings between travelers and local Siquijor vendors, including passing your inquiry to the relevant vendor via WhatsApp.

  • Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OneSiquijor, our users, or the public.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Vendor listings remain visible while the account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level database security, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Transfers

OneSiquijor is operated from the Philippines and our infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. By using the Site you consent to such transfers.
